Receipt of orders

  • Orders received before 1.30pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1.30pm will be processed the following working day.
  • Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery time will begin as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Amendment or Cancellation of Orders

If you need to amend or cancel your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us immediately after placing your order. 

If you don't manage to contact us in time, or we're unable to amend / cancel your order due to it being processed, don't worry as any unwanted items can be returned to us. Simply complete the "Returns Form" included with your order. 

FREE Standard Delivery on Orders Containing Non-Bladed Items Over £50 

We aim to despatch your orders as quickly as possible, as we know how exciting it is to wait for your new things! Orders received before 1:30pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1:30pm will be processed the following working day.

No orders are processed on weekends or bank holidays, these orders will be dispatched on the next available working day. 

Amending or Cancelling an Order 

If you need to amend or cancel your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you don't manage to contact us in time, or we're unable to amend / cancel your order due to it already being processed, don't worry as any unwanted items can be returned to us free of charge.

Express Delivery (1-2 working days via DPD) £5.95

As of 6th April 2022, all bladed items must be age checked at the point of delivery by the courier.

  • Delivery will be made by DPD Next Day. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders
  • DPD aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location
  • Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.

Standard Delivery (2-5 working days via Royal Mail) £3.95

  • Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders.
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel in 2 to 5 working days (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take a day or two longer. 
  • Currently deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.
