Smith’s Gourmet Slide-Sharp 2-stage knife sharpener is made with carbide blades, perfect for bringing your dull and damaged knives back to life, and ceramic blades for those quick touch-ups and polishing of already sharpened knives. The Slide-Sharp has a non-slip base giving you added stability while sharpening your straight edge knives.
Smith’s patented Edge Grip technology allows for sharpening on a table or countertop edge to prevent larger knives from dragging over the surface.
